Scientific Collaborations
Room Naming:
Conference rooms will be named after the different continents (America, Asia, Europe, etc). These will be announced in the program, other relevant graphic materials, etc.
Symposium:
A sponsored symposium will be included in the scientific program, being held in one of the main conference rooms. Both the content and the speakers of the session must be previously approved by the Organizing Committee. This collaboration Includes the audiovisual equipment of the room. The sponsoring company will cover the expenses of the speakers, interpreters, catering, etc.
Speaker inclusion in the Congress Program:
Previously approved by the Organizing
Committee.
Workshop:
A sponsored Workshop will be included in the scientific program, being held in one of the secondary conference rooms. Both the content and the speakers of the session must be pre- viously approved by the Organizing Committee.
This collaboration DOES NOT Include the audio-visual equipment of the room. Product presentations are allowed during work-shops.
